A. Stakeholder analysis
B. Organization and leadership for Six Sigma
Module 2: Measure (total 6 horas)
A. Bias And Linearity study. Ndc, Number of distinct categories.
B. Cost of Quality
C. Bayes Theorem applied to inspection
D. Sampling based on Mil-STD-414 for continuous data
Module 3: Analyze (total 24 horas)
A. Box –Cox transformation
B. Directional two-tailed test Error type 3
C. Multiple regression analysis and residuals analysis. Durbin Watson, Cook distance and Leverage in
residuals analysis
D. Parametric Analysis: Proportion test, Scheffe ad hoc test, sample Kolmogorov Smirnov test,
E. Non parametric Methods: Non parametric run test, Mann-Whitney Test, Mood’s Median Test, Equal Variance Levene test, Kruskal-Wallis Test, Wilcoxon Sign Ranking test,
F. Marascuilo Procedure for multiple proportions, McNemar test
G. Non parametric Methods: Shapiro-Wilks, Jarque-Bera, D’Agsotino, W/S tests for normality.
H. Queue theory. Taller de 2 horas.

A. DOE with blockings and center points. Curvature in DOE
B. Fractional Factorial Experiment
C. DOE Supervised Simulation workshop (8 hours)
D. Introduction to process simulation. Supervised process simulation workshop
E. DFSS Design concepts for Six Sigma. DFM Design for manufacturability

A. Levey jennings control
B. Change point Analysis and bootstrapping
